Martina Jůzová has been active in the financial and real estate sectors for more than two decades. She began her professional career at Bank Austria as a credit risk analyst. She then continued in the same role at HVB Bank, where she advanced to lead the real estate financing department. In 2003, she entered the world of real estate development, and as Acquisition Director at AIG/Lincoln, she managed acquisition activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. For the past thirteen years, she has served as Head of the Senior Real Estate Financing Department at Česká spořitelna, where, in addition to managing important corporate clients, she was also responsible for strategy development and the optimization of internal processes in the CRE (commercial real estate) segment.

Martina graduated in International Relations and Corporate Finance from the University of Economics in Prague. She later complemented her education with an MBA degree from the Prague International Business School. She has an adult son who is also active in real estate investment, together confirming that the apple does not fall far from the tree.
