Jan Jandík has been a new addition to the real estate team since May of this year

Jan Jandík has been active in the commercial real estate segment for over 10 years. Honza started his career in the field of finance, where he spent three years within the Société Générale group and then three years in the Ernst & Young transaction consulting team. Before joining WOOD Real Estate in May of this year, he also worked for six years at P3 Logistic Parks in the positions of Senior Investment & Development Analyst and Group Investment Manager, and then for four years as Senior Transaction Manager for Central and Eastern Europe within CBRE Global Investors.
At WOOD Real Estate, from the position of investment manager, Jan looks after the logistics segment, with which he already has extensive experience from previous positions. But his role is also market analysis and the search for interesting acquisition opportunities, especially in the regions where the investment group operates, i.e. in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
"I believe that the future of the Czech and, to a large extent, the Central European real estate market belongs to domestic investors, which is why I am glad that I could join the side of a strong and experienced player like WOOD. "says Jan Jandík, Investment Manager at WOOD Real Estate.
Honza spends his free time with his family, preferably doing sport activities in the mountains.
